Cosmic Wear

Cosmic Wear is Cosmic Pageants signature OOC (outfit of choice). It is Space and Futuristic themed.
contestant will be allotted 60 seconds on stage.
1. Toddler/Young Children (0-6 years)
- Girls: Glitz, Semi Glitz, and Natural styles are allowed. Makeup must be light handed. Yes, you can wear makeup but avoid bright colored Lipsticks and an excessive amount of eye make up. Hair pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.
- Boys: For young boys, Glitz, Semi Glitz and Natural Styles are allowed. Light makeup is allowed if needed. Like a powder or foundation to cover a blemish.
2. Children (7-12 years)
- Girls: They can be Glitz, Semi Glitz, or Natural Styles. Glam/ Glitz Hair and Makeup are allowed. You can also go very natural with makeup if that is what you prefer. Hair Pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.
- Boys: Makeup is allowed to cover blemishes as needed.
3. Teens (13-18 years)
- Girls: They can be Glitz, Semi Glitz, or Natural Styles. Glam/ Glitz Hair and Makeup are allowed. You can also go very natural with makeup if that is what you prefer. Hair Pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.

4. Adults (19-50+)
- Women: They can be Glitz, Semi Glitz, or Natural Styles. Glam/ Glitz Hair and Makeup are allowed. You can also go very natural with makeup if that is what you prefer. Hair Pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.
- Men: Makeup is allowed to cover blemishes as needed.
General Guidelines for Cosmic Wear:
- Creativity: The key to Cosmic Wear is to be creative! Make this outfit your own. Whether it be adding a little bling or fun props. You are absolutely allowed to wear an off the rack item but spice it up a little in your own unique way. Try to stay away from super costumey outfits. For Example, Alien costume that covers your face and halloween costumes.
- Accessories: Props are allowed but no fire or live animals. Be creative and the best Accessory of all is that Cosmic Personality!
- Appropriateness: Please keep all outfits age appropriate. Also for the older girls and guys remember there are children in the audience so keep it classy.
With all this in mind remember you will ultimately be judged on your personality, creativity, and the overall impacts you leave on the judges.
Formal Wear

Formal wear is typically designed to showcase elegance, poise, and personality, Here’s an overview of what formal wear might look like for different age groups, from toddlers to adults.

1. Toddler/Young Children (0-6 years)
- Girls: 0-4 year olds typically wear knee-length or Cupcake dresses. 5 and 6 year olds are allowed to wear long dresses. 0-6 year olds are allowed to wear Glitz, Semi Glitz, and Natural styles. Makeup must be light handed. Yes, you can wear makeup but avoid bright colored Lipsticks and an excessive amount of eye make up. Hair pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.
- Boys: For young boys, a formal look might consist of a tailored suit or tuxedo with a bow tie or necktie. Glitz, Semi Glitz and Natural Styles are allowed. Light makeup is allowed if needed. Like a powder or foundation to cover a blemish.
2. Children (7-12 years)
formal wear becomes a little more sophisticated but still age-appropriate.
- Girls: Long evening gown styles are preferred for these age divisions but typically an A-line gown nothing too fitted or skin tight. Age appropriate is the key. They can be Glitz, Semi Glitz, or Natural Styles. Glam/ Glitz Hair and Makeup are allowed. You can also go very natural with makeup if that is what you prefer. Hair Pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.
- Boys: A more refined suit or tuxedo, often with a bow tie or a formal necktie. Boys might also wear dress shoes to complete the look. Makeup is allowed to cover blemishes as needed.
3. Teens (13-18 years)

- Girls: Long evening gowns with a variety of cuts and styles. This could include A-line, mermaid, or ball gown styles. They can be Glitz, Semi Glitz, or Natural Styles. Glam/ Glitz Hair and Makeup are allowed. You can also go very natural with makeup if that is what you prefer. Hair Pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.
- Boys: Boys at this age typically wear tuxedos or well-tailored suits with formal accessories. experiment with colors and Patterns. make it as flashy or as low key as you would like. Makeup is allowed to cover blemishes as needed.
4. Adults (19-50+)
For adult women, formal wear becomes the most varied, often reflecting individual style while still being elegant and refined.
- Women: Formal gowns are typically full-length and can range from sleek and modern to classic and romantic. gowns with plunging necklines, and open backs are allowed. Go as Glam as you would like with your makeup or as natual as you wish. They can be Glitz, Semi Glitz, or Natural Styles. Glam/ Glitz Hair and Makeup are allowed. You can also go very natural with makeup if that is what you prefer. Hair Pieces are allowed if you prefer them but not mandatory.

Interview will be done in your cosmic shirt and choice of bottoms. Feel free to spice it up a little with T-shirt alterations or fun bottoms that are even a mix of the colors allowed. Have fun with it.

Fun Fashion is a high-energy, stylish competition segment that allows contestants to showcase their personality, confidence, and unique sense of fashion. Unlike evening gown or formal wear, fun fashion is all about bold, trendy, and eye-catching outfits that reflect the contestant's individuality.
The look can range from glamorous cocktail dresses to edgy runway-style ensembles, often featuring sequins, fringe, dramatic capes, or high-low skirts. Contestants are encouraged to bring lots of stage presence, with sassy walks, playful twirls, and engaging poses that captivate the judges and audience.
Overall, fun fashion is about making a statement and owning the stage with confidence and charisma!

Casual Wear

Casual Wear is a relaxed yet stylish competition segment that allows contestants to showcase their everyday fashion sense while maintaining poise and confidence. Unlike formal wear, casual wear is less about glamour and more about trendy, put-together looks that reflect the contestant’s personal style.

Runway

Runway Competition is a high-energy segment inspired by fashion runway modeling. Contestants showcase bold, confident walks with strong stage presence, incorporating dynamic poses, fluid transitions, and expressive movements. This style is more fast-paced and allows for creative freedom, with contestants often strutting to upbeat music.
You will wear your interview T-shirt and bottoms of choice of color Black, Teal, Purple, Electric Pink or Silver.
Please feel free to accessorize and add to the outfit to make it your own! You may also make alterations to your shirt. Just keep in mind this is a family friendly event and alterations should be tasteful.
Runway is all about who stands out in modeling. You are all dressed very similar so this is where your modeling skills and personality will take center stage.
