Attendee Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry:

• 1.1. By purchasing a ticket and attending the pageant, attendees agree to these terms and conditions.
• 1.2. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Conduct at the Event:

• 2.1. All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the pageant.
• 2.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including any form of harassment, will not be tolerated, and Cosmic Pageants reserves the right to ask attendees engaging in such behavior to leave the event without refund.

3. Liability and Responsibility:

• 3.1. Attendees understand that they attend the pageant at their own risk.
• 3.2. Cosmic Pageants, its staff, and the venue staff shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the pageant.

4. Image and Media Release:

• 4.1. By attending the pageant, attendees grant Cosmic Pageants the right to use any photographs, videos, or media that may feature them for promotional and marketing purposes.
• 4.2. Attendees retain the right to request the removal of any media featuring them, but Cosmic Pageants cannot be held responsible for media shared or used by third parties after its initial release.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• 5.1. Cosmic Pageants reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes promptly.
